ABOUT ME
how i got started.
I have always loved taking photos. Growing up I had a little point & shoot camera that I would go outside with & take photos of old buildings, plants, nature etc. & would have my friends model for me!
One of mine & my husband’s favorite things to do together is explore new places. Once we were married, our favorite thing turned into traveling when we could, & as much as we could. I picked up my first DSLR camera to document our travels. Eventually, I discovered that I had a passion for not only documenting moments for myself, but for others as well. I started investing every free minute that I had into learning, growing, & improving.
In 2017, I took a leap of faith & started my photography business - never dreaming that I would be where I am at today! It has been an amazing, whirlwind of a journey! Throughout the years I have found that my passion lies within capturing couples, weddings, & elopements, maternity & lifestyle newborn sessions. Photography was something I did on the side until I was pregnant with my first daughter. In late 2021 - I took the leap from working my office job to going full time with my photography career. I am super blessed to be able to do this full time. It has been a crazy ride so far, but I am here for it all & cannot wait to see where it continues to take me! My goal is to capture the connection & emotion between human beings - I want every one who views the images I take to not only say “hey! that’s a great photo!”, but to say “Wow - I am feeling the emotions pouring out of this image.” & I know I have done my job when my clients say: “Chasity, you captured the real us! These images are a reflection of who we are!”
a little more about me
I would not be where I am today if it were not for the Lord. I love Jesus and all He has done for me! I am able to take photos because my Creator has gifted me with the ability to capture His beauty and creations through a photograph. I owe Him all of the credit for what I am able to do.
My biggest blessings in life is my husband & my daughter. My husband & I have been together for 12 years and married for almost 8 of those years. He is my biggest supporter in my photography, and cheers me on and encourages me every step of the way! My daughter is two years old & she is the light of our life! She has a baby sister on the way - due early June!
I am super laid back, easy going & an old soul. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, going on hikes, walking around our property & reading my bible. We also have 4 dogs, 2 horses, several goats & several chickens here on our little ranch.
We are obsessed with traveling & seeing new places, but particularly, we LOVE traveling out west. Give me all of the cowboy & western things!

My approach
My approach to photography is very laid back & natural. I want you to be comfortable while I take your photos, because if you are not comfortable - you will not look natural! I will guide you & give you prompts to help you loosen up & be yourselves.
For potential brides & grooms, I love meeting you through a video chat to ensure that you are as comfortable around me as possible. Are you afraid that you are a little awkward? That’s okay, lets be awkward together! Because I am totally an awkward person! Plus, meeting “face to face” helps me to get to know your wants, needs, & your vision for your wedding day.
I also have tendencies to become friends with most of my brides & grooms -I just can’t help it! I love being there for you in any way that I can be, not only as just your photographer, but as your friend!
If you are hiring me for your wedding day, you can expect me to just be there quietly, blending in, as I am capturing those authentic moments while they unfold. Instead of posing you all day I will be there for whatever you need, but I won’t be constantly bugging you to pose a certain way while you are trying to get ready! I am just there to capture those natural moments as they happen.
